I love our Dequincy subway! Salad by James are the best! Everyone is kind, friendly and never a long wait! Husband and kids love the sandwiches, so full they can barely wrap them!

Service is horrible. Food looks gross. Building isn't clean. I worked for Subway in Lake Charles many, many moons ago. And the people that owned it would not ever allowed their stores too look...

Every single time I place an online order it's either wrong and not what I paid for or they haven't even started making the order by the time it needs to be picked up. The food is always good...

Bad service seem like they only nice to white people and they touch on stuff while doing sandwiches never wash they hands after doing trash. Really touchy make you rush to order food
