Depends on which take 5 you go to. Sometimes they close for maintenance or other reasons. I do think it is a great value to do the membership. If you wash the car once a week, you it pays off.

Went through the car wash and the roller bar came down and smashed my windshield. "Customer Care" won't answer the phone or return adjuster or personal calls.

Awesome Place! Always super friendly/helpful. My Favorite! I also love that they have towels and spray to clean car with! great wash for a good price!
