History

Taste of New Orleans was created as a sister company to Food Tour Corp six years ago as a way to provide groups with the opportunity to enjoy food tours and culinary events that explore two of the most highly developed cuisines and their respective cultures; Creole and New Orleans, as well as Cajun and Louisiana. As we look more towards the importance of local food and drink, we must be diligent and thorough when showing others the nuances of Creole and Cajun. We must preserve and promote them the right way out of respect of their importance to our country.
