Dr. Daly is originally from Massachusetts. She moved to New York City where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Dance at Barnard College, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. After college she worked in clinical research at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and subsequently attended Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, earning her Doctor of Medicine. She completed her intern year in internal medicine at Brown University in Rhode Island, and her dermatology residency at University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Upon completion of her training, she moved back to New England and has been practicing general dermatology in South Portland, Maine for the past ten years. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and needs, including skin cancers screenings and treatments, as well as common skin rashes such as acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, participating in the performing arts, and being outside in nature. As a double board-certified physician in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Pisano is an expert in early skin cancer detection, precise tumor removal, and advanced reconstructive techniques to optimize both medical and cosmetic outcomes. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient- centered care, ensuring each individual receives the most effective treatment plan tailored to their needs.

Kent Handfield, MD, joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, PC, in May 2021. He is practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology in the Rochester, NH location. He became board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and subsequently completed training in Medical Acupuncture at the Helms Medical Institute and is also board certified by the Institute for functional medicine. Dr. Handfield was the Chief of Integrative Dermatology at Walter Reed Hospital. He was the Program Director for the National Capital Consortium Dermatology Residency from 2018-2021. He also served as the primary dermatologist to the U.S. Naval Academy from 2016 to 2020, the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, and Supreme Court from 2015 to 2021, and the White House from 2020 to 2021.
