The staff here are the rudest employees I've encountered in food service, their bagels don't taste fresh, and their coffee is always burnt and bitter. An altogether terrible experience.

Burnt bagels and bad coffee, Yikes! There were lots of flys. I don't really like writing bad reviews but I think it helps ownership to know they can do better.
