Orr's Bailey Yacht Club
The Orr's-Bailey Yacht Club (OBYC) is a family-oriented yacht club located on the western shore of Orr's Island, Maine, established in 1954 by a dedicated group of sportsmen. Currently a volunteer-run organization, OBYC has a limited membership of 260 and offers guest moorings and a public sailing school amidst stunning scenery on Merriconeag Sound in Casco Bay.
Notable for its sheltered anchorage, OBYC is situated near the historic cribstone bridge, unique for allowing the tide to flow through its granite block construction.
