Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Service

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Services (SAPARS) is dedicated to preventing all forms of sexual violence and empowering those affected by it to find a path to healing. Since 2011, SAPARS has provided support and prevention education in Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford Counties, as well as the towns of Bridgton and Harrison.

The organization offers a range of free and confidential services, including a 24/7 helpline, one-on-one support, advocacy at hospitals, and educational programming in schools and communities. SAPARS also recognizes the Indigenous peoples of the Wabanaki Confederacy, honoring their land and heritage as part of its mission.
