100% Wood-Fired BBQ. All the meats are dry rubbed. Texas Style Brisket, Carolina Style Pulled Pork, Memphis Style Ribs. All of the rubs, bbq sauces and sides are made from scratch using our own recipes. You’ve got to try the Burnt Ends and the smoked Chicken Wings. We have a Full Bar with 16 Beers on tap. Great place to stop on the way up into Maine if you're gluten free. It's all gluten free except bread and Mac and cheese. Husband has celiacs. He was fine. Pulled pork was excellent on its own....

Really good! A lot of the bbq places around Portland aren't great, but this is one of the best. The chilli was delicious.

I tried the barbecue cheese fries (w/ pulled pork) today. They are going on my list of favorite things there. Highly recommend!
