History

I was a custom home builder for 20 years building $1,000,000.00 homes until the market dropped. I then started my Home Inspection business which has expanded to include Draw inspections for local banks, Property Maintenance and Housing Inspections and Historical Inspections for the City of Frederick. Rental Licensing Inspections for Baltimore County. The Police Department, Fire Department, Animal Control as well as several other agencies will call me to respond if there is over crowding, hoarding or dangerous conditions involved. I carny a badge and certification which gives me the authority to condemn Building's, Homes, Restaurants due to their conditions. I have appeared on the Hoarding TV show for one of my cases.
