We handle all lawful permanent residence (greencard) application types whether it be family based, employment based or due to extraordinary or exceptional ability. We defend individuals placed in removal (deportation) proceedings and apply for relief including asylum, cancellation of removal, 212(c) relief, and various other strategies and forms of relief. Apart from immigration law we also handle matters relating to the immigration consequences of criminal activity and defend certain criminal matters including DUI, traffic offenses and misdemeanors in Maryland and DC.
