Ashwini Dhananjay Javlekar, MD

Stephen Fakoyejo, M.D., earned his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at University of Houston/HHH-West, and served as the chief resident in his final year of training. Prior to starting his medical training, Dr. Fakoyejo worked in public health with the Indiana State Department of Health.Dr. Fakoyejo specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women, children, and mental health. He enjoys interacting with patients, problem solving, and the instances of pure joy when a patient achieves their health goals.When not with patients, Dr. Fakoyejo enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing soccer and video games.

Angela Ferrari-Walczak, C.R.N.P., is a certified nurse practitioner with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. With a passion for women’s health, N.P. Walczak loves working with women of all ages and being there for them during times of stressful situations in regards to their health. She loves providing education to women about their bodies and strives to make her patients feel comfortable so that they are able to discuss their concerns without hesitation. N.P. Walczak enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and two cats Fae and Luna. She loves being a mom, and enjoys music and a good movie.

Michael Crocetti, M.D., M.P.H., is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Canton Crossing. He also serves as chief of pediatrics for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and is an assistant professor in the Department of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. Dr. Crocetti received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed his residency in the Department of Pediatrics at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and received his master’s degree in public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Crocetti's clinical care interests include inpatient-related topics such as utilization of observation status beds for the care of patients needing more than 24 hours of observation and the care and management of infants with neonatal abstinence syndrome. Also interested in pediatric resident education concentrating on the continuity clinic experience.
