History

Bill Werder started the company from his home in Columbia, MD. When the company required office space and a yard to store material, it moved to an office complex in Ijamsville, MD. in 1998. The company hired its first employee in 1999. As business grew, the company acquired land in the Stanford Industrial Park in the western part of Frederick, MD. and eventually built a 26,000 square foot state of the art warehouse that was completed in 2005. In 2007 the company employed over 30 employees and became one of the largest suppliers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Today the company has a very caring and experienced staff of 15 employees and specialize in only the best quality stone. They offer a wide selection for all budgets.
