Wonderful monument. It is one of the oldest and few monuments dedicated ordinary soldiers who died in battle. It is a great little treat to see when walking around in Baltimore.
One of the cities numerous monuments that nonchalantly appears and makes an impression on you. Worth visiting since it's free and pretty.
