Don't use Bethesda Chimney. They tried to double charge us initially, and after the work was done, ghosted us when the gas fireplace was installed and didn't work.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I used them 4-5 years ago for service and they were reliable. I've now had two appointments scheduled with them over the last few weeks and no one...

Just absolutely inconsiderate of clients. I had to call THEM after waiting three hours to be told technician wasn't going to make it out. Wow. Just wow. Zero stars!
