Brad Lerner, M.D. - Chesapeake Urology

Dr. Manickam is fellowship-trained in voiding dysfunction and specializes in urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse using minimally invasive techniques and technology. He also treats male and female patients with various urologic conditions ranging from kidney stone disease to enlarged prostate. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Justin Dailey, FNP-C, graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. He then went on to receive his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Justin joins Chesapeake Urology with nine years of experience as a registered nurse working in the emergency department locally in Maryland, as well as several emergency departments along the east coast. He specialized in Urology for four of those years assisting in the operating room. Additionally, Justin has worked as a registered nurse in multiple surgical subspecialties outside of Urology.

As the Director of Chesapeake Urology's BPH program, Dr. Kausik was designated as a UroLift Center of Excellence in 2017, recognizing that he has achieved a high level of training and experience with the UroLift System and demonstrates a commitment to exemplary care for men suffering from symptoms associated with enlarged prostate/BPH. The designation is significant as it is the first in the State of Maryland and only one of 22+ UroLift Centers of Excellence in the United States.
