After reserving a Cargo van weeks in advance. I packed up. Uber to the place in Savannah, Ga. Where it was explained to me that they rented all the Cargo vans that morning to local contractors....

Didn't have our truck. I can't even... this was the worst. I just don't have the words. This place has made a really stressful day worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We reserved a truck from budget for a move from Baltimore to Boston, and upon arrival we found out that they don't have a truck for us. Apparently they overbook their trucks...
