Clevenger Corporation is a union subcontractor that specializes in tenant build out and interior remodeling projects. The company has completed more than 9,000 projects ranging from small remodeling work to multi-million dollar tenant construction. Clevenger provides estimates for projects ranging from sections of a floor to entire buildings The company was established in 1957 and is based in Beltsville, Md. It also operates a subsidiary, Clevenger Supply Company. Clevenger Supply maintains a 30,000 square foot warehouse facility and a fleet of 20 trucks. The warehouse facility stocks a diverse selection of interior finish building materials and enables Clevenger to buy as a distributor from major manufacturers.
