Tracey Reinecke-Kashima, M.S.N, C.R.N.P., DipACLM, is an internal medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Medicine Primary VirtualCare. Becoming a nurse was N.P. Reinecke-Kashima’s dream since she was a child. She started her career in nursing as a nursing assistant, then an L.P.N., then an R.N. and finally became a nurse practitioner in 2001. She has experience with gastroenterology, wellness clinics, internal medicine and primary care. N.P. Reinecke-Kashima has a special interest in using lifestyle medicine to prevent and manage chronic diseases. N.P. Reinecke-Kashima’s favorite thing about her job is getting to care for others and be there for her patients in their time of need. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, hiking, cycling and being near the ocean.

Shannon Larmooh, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C., is a family medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Medicine Primary Virtual Care. Prior to working as a family nurse practitioner, N.P. Larmooh worked as an emergency room nurse for seventeen years. Her favorite thing about being a provider is connecting with patients to build trust, and making them feel heard and seen while giving evidence-based care. She realizes and values the importance of being transparent and respectful. She always does what is in her patients’ best interests. Outside of work, N.P. Larmooh enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to wineries, fine dining, watching documentaries and listening to music of all genres.
