MSLBA Mission The Maryland State Licensed Beverage Association ( MSLBA ) is organized to encourage and promote the responsible sale of beverage alcohol through effective communications to all appropriate constituencies, provide innovative member services, create education and training opportunities and initiate and support laws that preserve and protect the rights of responsible alcohol beverage retailers to operate legitimate and lawful businesses. MSLBA Profile The Maryland State Licensed Beverage Association, Inc, is a non-profit trade association whose members are alcohol beverage licensees throughout the State of Maryland. MSLBA was formed to represent the interests of the retail alcohol beverage operator in legislative and executive matters in connection with the sale and distribution of beer, wine and liquor, and to promote friendly relations between members of this association and allied branches of the beer, wine and liquor industries
