I've shopped at Cho's in Lexington Market since 1995. In my opinion they have the best fresh fish I have ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot of fish over the years)!! I moved to Ohio in 2019...

So, I went to Cho's back in late September. I purchased an excellent Red Snapper that was sold to me my Mr. Cho himself. He asked me If I would like to keep the head before it was cleaned for me....

Looking for fresh whole fish? Lexington Market is the place to go. Everywhere else I go, the fish are already filleted, but I love steaming the whole fish the way my mom makes it. Cho's Sea Garden...
