Chuckia Nicole Brown-Tisdale, MD

Shalini Balram, C.R.N.P., is a family medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Balram aims to give back to her community through holistic, patient-centered care. Prior to transitioning to Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, she spent eight years working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Neurosciences department. N.P. Balram was born and raised in Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fitness and spending time with family and friends.

Elisabeth Stephens, P.A.-C., is a physician assistant at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. She specializes in women’s health and mental health. As a busy wife and mother to three daughters, she credits her “real-world” experience with children and being a full-time working mother to her success with treating patients. N.P. Stephens received her first master’s degree in natural sciences from the University of Buffalo in New York and performed research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, an affiliate of the university. She received her second master’s degree in medicine shortly after. N.P. Stephens returned to Buffalo where she spent six years working for a federally qualified health care site, which received the National Health Service Corps grant, before moving to Maryland.

KiYu Kim, M.D., is a family medicine physician with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Dr. Kim has expertise in primary care, preventative medicine and chronic-illness management. As a physician, he takes pride in positively impacting his patients' health and the community he serves. Dr. Kim was born in Korea, but grew up in Maryland and Georgia. In his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with his wife, son and family dog.
