Felicia Layton, CRNP received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salisbury University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Ill. Layton is a certified registered nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.Layton has more than a decade of experience as a registered nurse in the cardiology and dialysis settings. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association, a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Akhil Parashar, MD specializes in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, a very specialized field within cardiology which is used to diagnose and treat heart conditions that affect the electrical activity of the heart muscle, better known as cardiac arrhythmias. He received his medical degree from All-India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. Dr. Hari Heda, an interventional cardiologist, joined the TidalHealth team in November 2020. Prior to that he had been working with cardiology patients on Delmarva and at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional for many years as part of his private practice. Dr. Heda serves as Medical Director for Non-Invasive Cardiology and Education at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional. Dr. Heda earned his medical degree from the Government Medical College in India and completed his residency at the Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
