The Discovery Sports Center was built in 2001 as an indoor addition to the Maryland SoccerPlex. It is an 8-court (volleyball and basketball) facility that can also be used for non-sporting events. In 2020 the Maryland SoccerPlex and Adventist HealthCare partnered to rename the DSC to Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse
