This location has continued to go down hill! they dont follow instructions even when youre standing in front of them. I will NOT purchase anymore coffee from them! Both food and service are bad.

Rode pass this location many times but never stopped. Once inside, it was nicely decorated with holiday cheer!! I love that they had a lot of staff working diligently to get the line outside down....
