I'm sorry, there's nothing authentic about the food here. The consome doesn't taste like birria consome. It tastes funky like there's something weird in it.. chamoy?? Is that why it's red and dyes...

Consume' was good, birria was good, beans and rice was average. Everything needed a bit more flavor. Portions were good. Green sauce was perfect, they need to bottle and sell. Would go back.
