I got a nice reply from EMA. It was Chris from the other positive review. Maybe he can help resolve this. After calls and a letter I got nothing. Thanks Yelp for getting at least a reply....

The phone number says the business is closed during the stated open hours and I get hung up on. I never received a bill but they put a lien on my car accident claim. If this isn't a scam, why not...

After getting numerous invoices with different amounts due I finally called and was told I was due $24.48 which I mailed. I received another statement with 21.58 due and something told me to call....

This is a scam. Hung up on me when I asked what was it regarding. Says I owe money but I definitely do not. Very sketchy.
