All services are via telehealth, but there are walk and talk in the park sessions available as well. I use CBT and EMDR therapy as my main forms for treating my clients. While I specialize in maternal mental health, I do not turn down a client in need of services. I do not accept insurance, but happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
