The Anne Arundel County Office of Finance offers bill collection services. It provides overnight delivery, online and customer care solutions. The office issues real estate tax, personal property, front foot assessment and utility bills. It is administered by the government of Anne Arundel County in Maryland. The county operates police, planning and zoning, health, aging and disabilities, and recreation and parks departments. It also administers aerobics and adult recreation programs.

The department also supports the senior care system that provides case management and funds for services for people 65 or older who may be at risk of nursing home placement.
