Howard County Corrections Department

Ordnance Road Correctional Center, also known as ORCC is a medium security for men and women who have been convicted and sentenced to terms up to 18 months. It also holds men and women who are awaiting trial. The center conducts programs for re-entry of inmates in community after the completion of sentences. It can accommodate more than 430 inmates and is operated by the department of detention facilities. The department offers a variety of public safety services and is located in Glen Burnie, Md.
