His experience started when he was named the youngest foreman at Asplundh Tree Service when he had just turned 18 years old in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area. While working in the extreme Arizona weather conditions he determined that being able to perform the duties of trimming/pruning and removing trees was not enough. He wanted to become an expert in his field. He immediately went through the ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) to study for his Arborist Certification, which he obtained during his first testing session.
