Jon David Weingart, MD - Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center

Dr. Craig Pollack is the Katey Ayers Endowed Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the School of Nursing, and the School of Medicine. His area of clinical expertise is in internal medicine. He received his M.D. and completed his residency at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. He performed a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars program. Dr. Pollack also earned an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.H.S. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Elizabeth Rodriguez is a physician assistant specializing in the care of pediatric patients with ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions. She cares for patients who are in the hospital for treatment, and also manages outpatient clinics and assists with surgical procedures. In collaboration with the speech-language pathology team, she plays an integral role in performing functional endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES). Rodriguez earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Alderson Broaddus University and is an active member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. She has contributed to the professional development of her peers by serving as a proctor and assisting with hands-on procedural training at conferences for physician assistants who specialize in the ear, nose and throat care since 2017.

Head and neck surgeon David Eisele specializes in surgery for malignant and benign tumors of the head and neck, with a focus on salivary gland neoplasms and disorders of the salivary glands that can be treated surgically. He is an expert in minimally invasive surgical approaches, including sialendoscopy. Salivary gland neoplasms and disorders are also the focus of Dr. Eisele’s research. He has published more than 300 research papers and edited multiple books related to head and neck surgery. Dr. Eisele earned a medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed residency training in general surgery and in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the University of Washington. From 2012 to 2025, he served as director of the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
