John A. Kuri II, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained in both shoulder and elbow services, as well as sports medicine. Before joining MedStar Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Kuri participated on the medical team for the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies. Dr. Kuri uses active listening, attention to detail, and his knowledge of innovative orthopedic treatments to provide quality, compassionate care so patients can reclaim their lives. He strives to partner with his patients to develop a customized solution for each patient he treats.

William Lennen, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with MedStar Orthopaedic Institute and is fellowship-trained in total joint replacement. He also served as an associate professor in the orthopedic residency program at Georgetown University Medical Center. His military background includes service as an orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. Air Force on assignment at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. With advanced training in total joint replacement, Dr. Lennen uses the latest techniques and advanced technology to perform hip and knee replacements, among other simple and complex procedures. He partners with is patients to offer personalized treatment plans to help them reach their recovery goals.
