LAZ Parking - 100 East Pratt Garage

I parked here for two nights with no issues. The garage was clean with plenty of cameras. The ticket machine worked and the pricing was reasonable.

How is there no ability to come and go if you have already paid the daily max? This does not make sense, especially for employees who park here for work.
