Meghan Pratts O'Connor, MD

Mercy Jackson, M.D., has practiced primary care in the Howard County community for more than 18 years. She received her medical degree from Stanley Medical College in India. Dr. Jackson then completed her residency with Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and completed her intern year with New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Jackson's areas of expertise are preventive care, management of chronic conditions and obesity medicine. She treats obesity as a disease and helps her patients in their weight-loss journey in order to prevent chronic illnesses. Over the years she has enjoyed building a relationship and bond with her patients. She has also enjoyed working with like- minded professionals who share her passion to help people take better care of their health. Dr. Jackson is a careful listener and does her very best to help her patients with their medical concerns. She also enjoys participating in community outreach projects like medical camps and medical mission trips. When not with patients, she enjoys spending time with my family, traveling, swimming, biking and being outdoors.

Hiba Malik, D.O., earned her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed the internal medicine residency at UPMC Pinnacle Community Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Malik is a careful listener and provides thorough answers to her patient's questions. She is passionate about preventive care and ensuring important screenings - like colonoscopies, lung cancer screenings and mammograms - are not missed. In partnership with her patients, she focuses on creating the safest possible plan for their health needs. While she finds the intellectual challenge of diagnosing and managing medical conditions rewarding, it is the personal connection that is truly fulfilling. Outside of medicine, Dr. Malik enjoys spending time traveling with her family and friends, particularly on road trips through the continental United States. She also loves planning weddings and wedding decor. Dr. Malik believes having a balanced life helps her approach her work as a provider with a fresh perspective and a commitment to providing the best possible care to her patients.

Priya Bajracharya, D.N.P., C.R.N.P.-C., is a nurse practitioner with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Bajracharya received her Master of Science in Nursing from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She then went on to complete her doctorate in Nurse Practitioner from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. N.P. Bajracharya has been a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner since 2011. N.P. Bajracharya has expertise in urgent and preventative care. She has worked in an urgent care and primary care setting for more than ten years. She enjoys direct patient interaction and being able to make a differences in patients' overall health and well-being. She has a son and in her free time, she enjoys travelling, dancing and cooking.
