Melinda Elisa Afzal, DO

Nina Guo, M.D., is a pediatrician with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and went on to complete her pediatric residency program at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Guo loves being a part of the journey of parenting, especially for first time parents. She enjoys watching her patients grow and thrive.Dr. Guo lives in Maryland with her husband, toddler, and dog. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and trying new restaurants.

Duniya Lancaster, M.D., F.A.A.P., is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Dr. Lancaster received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. She furthered her training with a fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Lancaster is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Dr. Lancaster practiced independently for 13 years in Ellicott City, Maryland. Her personal interests include walking outdoors, swimming, reading and making and designing pottery.

Dr. Ravendhran is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. She practices general pediatrics. Her areas of interest include pediatric mental health treatment, global health, travel medicine, dermatology, lactation support, ADHD, and yoga as medicine. She has been working as a pediatrician in the Baltimore area for more than 15 years and has three children.
