I recommend the barre class on Monday' Joyce plays good music and the work out is deceptively hard . I end up sweaty and using muscles that I need for my core strength. Try it at 11:30 Monday

Great gym with great trainers. Shelley K is one of the best there. Her Kettlebell class is just what is needed to kick off your Saturday and get you ready for the day!
