Parkside Condominium was originally built between 1952 and 1966 as a rental community and converted to a condominium in the year 1981. Based in Bethesda, Md., it has grown to become one of the leading condominium communities in the Washington area. Parkside Condominium has approximately 954 garden-style units in 102 buildings which are divided into five sections and located on 69 acres of land. It offers a number of recreational facilities available for use by residents, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouses, ball field and a playground.
