Amy Neill, a native to Baltimore, has been an artist painting in homes and businesses for 28years, recently opened a wine and canvas painting studio on the Avenue in Hampden. Her wish was to provide a comfortable atmosphere for the apprehensive client who thinks they have no talent. Amy firmly believes that everyone has artistic talent that can be nurtured in a relaxing setting.
