Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 6 pm, every day. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.

Two stars not one... I would even say 2.25 or 2.5 stars... because 1. the front desk was nice 2. good wait time and 3. I left my wallet and they kept it for me. But all these nice mitigations only...
