I've been vacationing in Ocean City Maryland since 1980. Never stayed at the Plaza before but I decided to try it out for five days in October and it was wonderful. It's a one stop shop....

The PLAZA was built in 1985. The building is ( 17 ) floors of condominiums composed of a mixture of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units for a total of ( 220 ) units. A covered garage along with handicapped spaces in front of the building provide ample space for vehicle parking. Amenities include WiFi Broadband Internet, a heated outdoor pool with poolside tiki hut, kiddie pool, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and game room. Television service is via DirecTV with over-the-air HDTV. An in-building restaurant and grill is located on the 1st floor. Staffed security is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. We are located at 9800 Coastal Highway, MD 21842 Ocean City, along Ocean City's "condo row" between the Pyramid and Century complexes, across the street from Super Fresh supermarket in Ocean Plaza Mall.

Unit 604 is a shit hole - you should have some requirements to maintain some standards of the units - the group we were with - one of the families paid just $80 more and it was a gorgeous relaxing...

We have been staying at the Plaza for 3 years now. Each time we rented a different unit and all of them were beautiful. The Plaza staff is very pleasant and takes very good care of the building....
