Store #2829 Severn, MD check # 612. Used coupon 3312 for Two Can Dine and didn't received 2 sides of Bean and Rice. They put in the fork/spoon. Chicken was good better with sides.

There were bugs crawling on the floor, and saw them crawling on the counters!!!!!!!! Gross!!!!!!! Health dept needs to be well aware of this disgusting place!!
