Not the dealer to visit if you want a fair price on trade an vehicle to buy. They were off thousands compared to Ford dealers in Baltimore. Not much on communication. GAVE A 1 BECAUSE THATS AS LOW...

They promised a second key, scheduled an appointment 2 months later only to for them to cancel it saying it's on "back order". 4 months later still nothing, terrible customer service, avoid.

Good service experience. I was able to combine an oil service with a software recall. Job was done so soon I didn't time to blink!
