Rachel Chan Seay, MD

Veena Choubey, M.D., practices obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. She performs robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Choubey delivers babies exclusively at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Samiha Khan, M.D., received her Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, College Park and her Doctor of Medicine from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Dr. Khan provides health screenings and comprehensive care for a range of conditions, both acute and chronic, such as upper respiratory infections, pneumonia, asthma/COPD exacerbations, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. She enjoys cultivating long term relationships with her patients by engaging in shared decision-making, and facilitating a positive and collaborative environment. In her spare time, Dr. Khan likes to travel.

Andrea Kwong, M.D., practices obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Howard County. Dr. Kwong takes care of obstetric and gynecologic patients and does deliveries and surgeries exclusively at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center. She received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C., and completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She is fluent in Spanish.
