I once loved Taco Bell. I went to the one in Edgewood last night for the first time in awhile and I was really, REALLY disappointed. My husband wanted a menu item called the Crunchwrap supreme....

This Taco Bell is absolute GARBAGE! Opening late, missing menu items and the last draw was waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive thru only to find out that they "didn't have enough ingredients"...

Absolutely the worst customer service. Then when called in to speak to the Manager. The Manager wouldn't even take my call. Whoever answered the phone just said he wants to know what you want....

Why is it everytime I come here I sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes- An ACTUAL hour . It's FAST food , and by time I do actually finally get to the window you don't have this or don't have that...
