Theodore Iwashyna, MD

Dr. Vineesh Mathur is an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His area of clinical expertise is anesthesiology.Dr. Mathur serves as the co-director of the Regional Pain Division in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He earned his M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Kevin O’Malley is a Hospitalist in the Division of Hospital Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed an internship in Family and Community Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and joined the Johns Hopkins Division of Hospital Medicine in 2020. He seeks to provide exceptional and equitable care for acutely ill patients admitted under his care, encourage or promote the development of the next generation of clinician-leaders, and explore opportunities to leverage technology to equitably improve patient outcomes and improve the work life of healthcare workers.
