Welcome to Fidel Chiropractic Center serving Baltimore, Pikesville, Owings Mills, Park Heights and Reisterstown. Our chiropractors are dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives - combining chiropractic, physical therapy, exercise rehab and massage. We have three chiropractors who specialize in the treatment of low back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, stenosis, neck pain, auto accidents, knee and shoulder pain as well as carpal tunnel and sports injuries. Posture is a major focus. Weight loss counseling and Medifast are part of our holistic approach.
