Tonya Howell, CRNP-F received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in Delaware. She is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Howell is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and she is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Howell has worked for TidalHealth since 1999, starting as an LPN and working on the medical/surgical floor. While working there, she went to Wilmington University to obtain her RN degree. She then transferred to the cardiac catheterization lab/electrophysiology lab, where she currently works. She returned to school to obtain her master's degree as a nurse practitioner at Wilmington University and went to work for a cardiology practice.

Felicia Layton, CRNP received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salisbury University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Ill. Layton is a certified registered nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.Layton has more than a decade of experience as a registered nurse in the cardiology and dialysis settings. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association, a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
