FutureCare, founded and based in Maryland since 1986, has grown to more than 10 facilities including one located in Baltimore, and provides a more than 130-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. It covers the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area and serves those whose health conditions range from clinically complex to those whose needs require a structured environment due to diminished physical and mental abilities. Its services cover short-term rehabilitation, wound care management, dialysis and other complex medical care. Patients can also avail of its on-site inpatient dialysis center, long-term care, hospice and respite services. Its services focus on senior citizens and clinical services include postoperative care, infusion therapy, tube feeding, wound care, dialysis and pain management.
