Cozy little spot close to the district building and courthouse. Nice vibe. Seating is a bit tight; you will brush up against your neighbors as you squeeze past. Chai tea latte was delicious.

Really good. It's no wonder there's a constant line here. A bit packed and chaotic but the line and order comes quick. Small bathroom but decent. Not too many seats but we were able to find some....
