We are Life and Love Counseling, LLC., a new outpatient psychotherapy office, located in Lancaster, PA. We provide mental health services, life coaching, and an opportunity for holistic therapies for: individuals (children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults), families, couples, and groups. We also offer reiki and yoga as mindfulness and wellness is important to us. When life becomes overwhelming, psychotherapy enables therapeutic support, encouragement, and facilitates the implementation of problem-solving strategies to navigate difficult and challenging times. We utilize CBT strategies to address negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We offer holistic approaches to attain balance and awaken an inner calm. We seek to empower, advocate, strengthen, invest, and enhance our community.
